Return & Exchange Policy

At Redox Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order in case of:

  • Faulty or damaged products
  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defects

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and invoices must be included

Reporting Time

For any return or exchange request, customers must report the issue within 48 to 72 hours after receiving the order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Refunds will only be approved after product inspection
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer
  • Products without original packaging
  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
